Keystone Cover

A broker you can ring, not a call centre you can't

Since 2009 we have placed cover for families and small businesses with a panel of more than thirty insurers. One named broker per client, a written recommendation before you buy, and someone on the phone when you claim.

Independent since 2009

Keystone Cover started with two brokers, one office and a rule: recommend the policy that fits, not the one that pays best. The panel is bigger now and the team is twelve, but the rule has not changed, and neither has the office.

Why a broker

Why use a broker?

An insurer sells you its own policies. A broker compares them. We are paid a commission by whichever insurer you choose, so our advice does not change with the name on the policy.
Whole-of-market quotes
We price your cover across a panel of 30+ insurers and show you the three that fit, not thirty that do not.
Claims handled for you
When you need to claim, you call us. We deal with the insurer, the adjuster and the paperwork until it is paid.
Client stories

Real clients. Real claims, paid.

Most people only find out what their insurer is like when something goes wrong. Here is what our clients said after it did.
“Our old insurer put the renewal up by 40%. Keystone found the same cover for less than we paid the year before and moved it across in an afternoon.”
Helen Achebe
Homeowner
“I needed professional indemnity and had no idea where to start. They explained what I actually needed, and what I did not, then priced it three ways.”
Priya Nair
Freelance designer
“When the kitchen flooded, one call to Keystone was all it took. They dealt with the loss adjuster, chased the payout, and we reopened in nine days.”
Tom Reilly
Café owner
“Life cover felt like a sales pitch everywhere else. Here it was a twenty-minute conversation, a written recommendation and a premium I could live with.”
